What an exciting time of year! Welcoming winter, watching the skies for a magic green comet, and baking tons of cookies. In the house of Itty Bitty Buddy, we are enjoying chocolate and vanilla shortbread spirals, Italian almond cookies courtesy of Splendid Table, creme brûlée flavored macarons based on a recipe from Pierre Desfountaines and Louis-Ernest Laduree, and one of the cookies of the year from Bon Appetit -- raspberry rugelach. We hope that your home is festive and full of mouth-watering aromas too.
